At different times throughout the year we run 6 week psycho-educational groups as an adjunct to individual therapy. Learning new skills is enhanced by working with peers in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Our skills based groups aim to build resilience and improve day to day functioning.
Groups are small with 6-10 participants. They are run conveniently on weekday evenings from 6.30pm or on a Saturday morning.
Mindfulness for Life is a regular group program that is run here at Wattletree Psychology.

Embrace Yourself is a 6 week skills based group tailored to young females aged 18-35.
